What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
You top up — you are never walled off from studying right before an exam. Every tier can buy more credits at any time.
Can I pay quarterly or yearly?
Yes — toggle the billing interval above the plans. Quarterly works out about 10% cheaper than month-to-month; annual is roughly two months free. Switching later prorates automatically, and credits still refill every month on every interval.
What exactly does the free month cover?
Coach tier, certification exams only: book your exam, follow your plan (about 80% adherence), and if you sit it and do not pass, next month is free so you can keep studying. One month of service — not unlimited, not cash, and not a promise that you will pass.
Is the readiness score accurate?
Estimate-grade until calibrated. We label it as such everywhere it appears, and anchor progress to things that actually happened until the number earns trust.
