Terms of Service

Enmaster is designed, built, and operated by an independent developer — a one-person operation. The person who builds the product is the person who answers hello@enmaster.app.

Your contract is with the operator of enmaster.app. If you need the operator’s legal name, country, or billing details — for an invoice, a dispute, or anything formal — email hello@enmaster.app and you’ll have them the same day. Payments are carried by Dodo Payments as merchant of record (see Billing & cancellation below), so your card details never touch this operation.

Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself — you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts are for one person; seats aren’t shared.

You need to be old enough to agree to binding terms where you live. If we suspend an account for breaking these terms, that’s the remedy — we’ll tell you why.

Paid plans are sold through Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record: Dodo processes the payment, collects tax where it applies, issues the invoice, and handles refunds under its own buyer terms. We never see or store your card number. Listed prices include any tax that applies where you live — what you see is what you pay.

Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel in one click, any time, from Settings → Billing — no phone call, no “are you sure” maze, no surprise renewals. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to the free tier.

If something went wrong with a charge, email hello@enmaster.app first — we’ll sort it out with Dodo. When money actually comes back, and what happens to unused credits, is spelled out in the Refund Policy.

The pricing page prints this promise; this section is the same promise, spelled out. It applies to the Coach tier, certification exams only — university courses have no independent pass/fail artifact to verify against. Four gates, stated up front:

   Book the exam

   Your real, scheduled exam date has to be registered in Enmaster before you claim. No booking, no free month — just a normal subscription.

2. 02

   Follow the plan

   Agent-verified plan adherence of about 80% across the runway before your exam. The plan is the product; the gate is the proof you used it.

3. 03

   Give it a real runway

   Nobody can credibly stand behind a result off one week of study, so there's a minimum engagement window before your exam date.

4. 04

   Prove the outcome

   Forward the official score report your testing vendor issued — the one with your name, the exam, and the result. Sharing it is the price of the claim.

If the gates are met and you still failed, the next month’s base credit allotment is free. That is a normal, metered month — same allowance, same top-up behavior past the ceiling — not cash, not unlimited access, and it can’t be re-triggered without a new booking. One month, not “however long it takes”, and never “pass or your money back.”

We read claims in good faith and may ask for what’s needed to verify them. The gates exist so the promise stays one we can actually back.

Study with us, don’t strip-mine us: no scraping, reselling, or automated bulk access.

Upload only material you have the right to use this way — your own notes, papers you were given, licensed documents.

The integrity line: every question Enmaster generates is original, modeled on your exam’s published outline and style. We never provide live, leaked, or copied exam content — and nothing here changes your obligations to your testing provider.

You own what you upload — past papers, notes, recordings — and what you write. We claim no ownership. You give us a limited license to process your material for one purpose: running the service for you.

Your uploads ground only your own practice. They’re never served to another user, never sold, and never used to train models or build shared content. Delete your account and your uploads, their derived embeddings, and the stored files are erased — see the Privacy Policy for exactly how.

The platform itself — the generated questions, lessons, readiness score, and the Enmaster name and mark — belongs to Enmaster. Exam names like NCLEX® and PMP belong to their respective owners; we’re not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.

The readiness verdict is estimate-grade until it’s calibrated against real pass/fail outcomes — we say so wherever it appears, including here. Enmaster is a study tool, not professional advice: nothing in it is clinical, legal, financial, or exam-day guidance from a licensed professional.

No warranty that you’ll pass — we do not promise an exam result, and nothing on this site should be read as one. The free month above is a bounded service concession, not an outcome guarantee. The service is provided as-is, as far as the law allows.

Exams are stressful, and a tool that measures your readiness can sharpen that stress. If Enmaster starts making you anxious, discouraged, or worse — step away. Close the tab, take the walk, sleep the night. Your plan and progress keep, the verdict is only ever an estimate, and no score is worth your health. We’d rather you walk in calm.

To the extent the law allows: our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages like a missed exam sitting or a lost opportunity. Where consumer law gives you more, the law wins.

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes with them, and significant shifts reach account-holders by email. Using the service after a change means you accept it. The current text always lives at enmaster.app/terms.
